#VFN-B2042 14K Victorian Gemstone Locket with Bow Motif

This showy Victorian locket has a gorgeous, raised naturalist bow motif front - the center of the bow is a genuine 1 carat (5mm) ruby and on the tail of the bow are bands of sprinkled rose cut diamonds. It is finished with a wonderful fleur de lis bale. Unmarked, but tested as 14K, it has a rich patina and measures 3” from the top of the bale to the end of the ribbon x 1 3/8” wide x ½” deep. It weighs 14.5 dwt (22.5 grams) and opens to reveal a compartment with original frame for photos or hair. In overall excellent condition though please note the interior glass is missing and the missing there is a slight dent to the back clearly visible in the photos. #388 - Early Gold & Silver Fox & Horn Diamond Pin

An early, hand cast silver fox with a ruby eye, covered in rose cut genuine diamonds and perched atop a hunting horn of rich, rose gold with silver accents. Unmarked, but the gold is tested and guaranteed at least 14K. In excellent, all original condition with no faults or repairs - it measures 2" long. #VFE-B2044 14K Petite Victorian Onyx Seed Pearl Earrings

Charming antique earrings with onyx bead top with shepherd hook ear wires from which dangles a clover shaped onyx drop decorated with three seed pearls in the center. They measure 1 9/16” to the top of the wire by 3/8” wide and each weighs just .8 dwt (1.2 grams) making them very wearable and the perfect size to add a touch of antique flair to business or casual attire. Unmarked, but tested 14K, in excellent condition with no wear to note. Circa 1900, certified to be as described and to be authentic antique jewelry.

#BN - Sweet HP on Porcelain Brooch – Boy w/Deer

I saw this and just had to have it, it reminded me of the book ”The Yearling”, which I just loved as a child. Hand painted on porcelain, it measures 1 ½” x 1 Ό” and depicts a boy feeding a young deer on a hillside. Framed in Silver, it is in overall good condition, some light scratches to the painting (nothing horrid but mentioned for accuracy) and it is badly in need of a good cleaning are the only items to note. Fitted with a typical “c” clasp and extended pinback, just an early and very sweet antique brooch. Certified to be as described and to be authentic antique jewelry.

#1680 - Long Gold Chain & Gold Opal Slide

Victorian gold slide chain, with ornate gold granulated genuine opal slide. Both chain and slide tested and guaranteed 10K. The pretty chain measures 48" long, the slide measures 5/16", total gold weight 9.4 dwt (14.6 grams). In excellent condition. Certified to be as described and to be authentic antique jewelry.

RB1 – 18K Enamel Egyptian Hardstone Cameo

A very rare, hardstone cameo depicting an Egyptian pharaoh and mounted in a solid 18K enameled and red enamel jewel encrusted frame. The workmanship is magnificent – the enamel and the gold work are those of a master jeweler and the carving obviously done by a true artisan. It is fitted with a crystal covered locket compartment on the back which holds a bit of grosgrain, as well as with the original scroll “c” clasp and t-bar hinge. The cameo measures Ύ” and is in excellent condition with no faults to note. The overall measurement is 2” x 1 11/16” and it weighs 11.6 dwt (18.2 grams). The frame is in excellent condition as well, with the only fault polish marks visible under magnification where there once was a pendant bale. Aside from that, there are no other faults nor repairs – very close to mint condition! Dating from the mid-Victorian Egyptian Revival period, c. 1870. Fine gold bead or bobble work frames a beautifully engraved mother of pearl ornament studded with a .33 point ruby or almandine garnet gem in the center, also framed in gold bobbles – even the pendant bale has bobbles! Unusual design is just stunning on a back cord as shown (included) or add to your favorite chain. Unmarked, but tested and guaranteed 18K, it measures a showy 3” (including the gold drop) by 1 ½”. It weighs 7 dwt (10.8 grams) and is in excellent condition, with no wear to note. An early piece, c. 1840 or so, certified to be as described and to be authentic antique jewelry.

A wonderful find – genuine Victorian 14K disc earrings, decorated with delicately enameled hands holding a rose diamond accented cross. I just love the pink and blue cuffs! They measure Ύ” and are on good, later shepherd hooks for pierced ears. Unmarked, but tested 14K, they weigh a total of 4.6 dwt (7.1 grams). A lovely, full length nude draped in blue silk is reverse painted under a dome of rock crystal and mounted in a 14K yellow gold Etruscan frame. Fitted with both a “c” clasp and foldover pendant bale, it measures 1 1/8” and weighs 8.1 dwt (12.5 grams). A striking Victorian link bracelet comprised of cylinder shaped, natural undyed coral, linked by 14K fittings and forming a ladder motif. Finished with a fabulously engraved 14K yellow gold clasp with ornate flowers and scrolls, it measures 7 1/16” long x 13/16” wide. Weighing in at 20.1 dwt (31.2 grams), the fittings and clasp are tested 14K. In excellent condition, with no wear to note, c. 1890. Certified to be as described and to be authentic antique jewelry.

#VFL-2069 – Victorian Gold & Diamond Lion Locket

A high relief, ferocious lion is busting through the face of this gorgeous bloomed gold locket – but not too ferocious, as he is bearing gifts - a .10 European cut diamond clenched in his teeth and cabochon garnet eyes. Good sized at 1 3/8” round, the locket is unmarked, but tested and guaranteed at least 10K and has a wonderful rich patina. Monogrammed back, it weighs 8.9 dwt (13.8 grams) and is in excellent condition, with no flaws to note, it closes snugly and the hinge is tight. #VFB-B2089 Very Fine Pair 14K Victorian Bride’s Bracelets – Owl Motif

What an exceptional pair of bracelets! Called bride’s or wedding bracelets, they were sold in pairs and traditionally given to a bride on her wedding day. These are just a wonderful example, engraved with high Eastlake scenic designs, including a beautifully done owl, all in black tracery enamel on textured, unmarked but tested 14K yellow gold. Each is engraved “Mollie” along with what was probably her wedding date – Jan 15th, 1880. They are Ύ” wide and have an inside measurement of 2 1/8”, so will fit a small to medium wrist. In excellent condition, with strong locking clasps and no wear to note, they weigh 18.5 dwt (28.7 grams) for a total weight for the pair of 37 dwt (57.5 grams). #DFB-B3054 14k Wide Diamond Filigree Straight Line Bracelet

If you want a perfect example of an American white gold filigree bracelet this is the one. It is comprised of 14 delicate filigree box sections with a nice engraved border and a diamond in every section and added diamond decorations in the center sections. The links measure 3/8” wide by about ½” long which makes the length of the bracelet a good 6 13/16”. The clasp has a fold over safety catch and an added chain for security. The center diamond is .15 points and the others are .05 for a total diamond weight of over 1 carat. It is marked 14K along with other marks - one being a maker mark too worn to decipher. It weighs 11.9 dwt (18.5 grams) and is in excellent condition, with no wear to note. Circa 1930, certified to be as described and to be authentic antique jewelry.

A lovely example of Edwardian platinum topped yellow gold diamond jewelry. This versatile little gem just sparkles with 14, .03mm full cut European diamonds, a fine 7mm faceted natural amethyst in the center and finished with another 7x10mm amethyst teardrop drop. Versatile, it is fitted with both a hook pendant bale at the top as well as pin mechanism. Unmarked, but tested and guaranteed platinum and 14K, it measures 1 5/16” long by 1” across and weighs 2.9 dwt (4.5 grams). A collectible Victorian watch pin in the shape of a crown – sprinkled with tiny seed pearls as well as glowing, natural pearls at the points and top. Just perfect! It measures 1 3/16” across x 1 1/16” high. The tiny seed pearls are 1mm and the largest of the whole pearls is 4mm. Marked 14K on the catch, it weighs 3.0 dwt (4.6 grams). A classic Art Deco bracelet, with intricate, lacy10K white gold filigree plaques holding a carved camphor glass centerpiece with accent diamond. It measures 7”, with the centerpiece 7/16” x 9/16” and the diamond is approximately 3mm. Marked simply 10K, though the filigree is very nicely done and I think this came from one of the better jewelry houses. In excellent condition with no wear to note, it weighs 3.6 dwt (5.5 grams). This great 18K Georgian bracelet is crafted in 10 sections and decorated with gorgeous blue and white enamel floral designs. The larger center section has a faceted, natural 6mm x 6mm garnet as its centerpiece. Very dimensional and smooth as silk on. This is a statement piece as timeless today as the day it was made. It measures 6 Ύ” long and is finished with a beautifully enameled box catch. The center section measures l 3/8” x 1” and sits up 1”. The flanking sections of 1” x 5/8” and the remaining sections are 9/16” x 3/8”. It weighs 18.1 dwt (28.1 grams). In excellent condition, with no wear to note. #NFR-MM149 - Fine 14K Diamond Art Nouveau Revival Face Ring

This is a beautiful ring, finely cast in 14K yellow gold in the Art Nouveau style, depicting a maiden with flowing hair and whiplash form. According to the person I bought it from, it was acquired from an old Manhattan, NY jewelry store that has been closed for over 30 years and is new, old stock. He said they had items from as old as the 1930’s, but based on the style, we think this dates to the 1940’s. No matter the age, it is just gorgeous and very showy on the hand. She is accented with a 4mm, bright, white old-cut diamond weighing approximately .20 - .25 points. The face measures 1 1/16” x 5/8” and curves to a three band shank which is Ό” wide. Currently a sizeable 6 ½, fully marked and tested 14K, it has a good weight of has total weight of 4 dwt (7.5 grams). It is in very good condition, with no wear to note. Certified to be as described and to be authentic estate jewelry.

#NFR-B2073 – Jeweled Arts and Crafts 14K Turquoise Ring

Very cool arts and crafts with a unique look. An American turquoise cabochon with strong matrix is mounted in 14K carved gold. The mounting also features bezel set genuine gems – a ruby, emerald and two diamonds at the corners. The head of the ring measures ½” x Ύ inches and it has a plain, polished band. It is currently a sizeable 6 and weighs 4.4 dwt (6.8 grams). Unmarked, but tested 14K, it is in excellent condition, with no flaws to note.
