#VFP-MM182 18K Granulated Gold Garnet Carbuncle Stick Pin

The overall length of the pin is 2 7/8” and the whole thing is rather big as stickpins go, it will not get lost on your outfit! #3320 – Victorian Bohemian Garnet Lavaliere
A pretty late Victorian transitional Bohemian garnet lavaliere with glowing, natural garnets and wonderful movement. Constructed of several sections, joined together by jump rings that allow the sections to dangle freely. There are 5 bezel set garnets that dangle from the center suspended on long knife- edge wires that hang in between the top and bottom crescent shape section – a very Arts & Crafts touch, but you can also see the Edwardian and Victorian influences. The garnets are rose cut and measure 2 to 5mm, the overall length of the pendant is just a hair over 2". Made from good gold fill or “garnet gold” (for some reason this looks like silver in the picture, but in person is much more gold in color) and hangs from the original gold fill link chain.
