What a wonderful gift for an expectant mother! A 14K bloomed yellow gold locket depicting a polished, engraved stork with a hint of rose hue stepping through a cattail marsh, gently holding a diamond in it’s mouth! I loved the detail in this piece. Ornately engraved with initials that look like “CJS” to the back, it measures 1” round and weighs 4.2 dwt (6.5 grams). In very good condition, the hinge is good and it shuts tightly and stays closed. The only items to point out is it if had an interior frame, it is not longer there, but is deep enough to hold a photo easily without one and there is some wear to the bloom. Sure to be a treasured gift or cool addition to any antique locket collection. Circa 1910 certified to be as described and to be authentic antique jewelry.
