Once your order is submitted, you will be notified by email confirming the availability of the item(s) you have selected along with the mailing address to submit payment. You must respond to this email within 24 hours to confirm your order and have the item placed on hold for you for up to seven (7) business days pending arrival of your payment. If payment is not received within that 7 day time frame, the item will be made available for sale again. Every attempt has been made to give a complete and accurate description of each item offered for sale. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will gladly be accepted if we am notified within 48 hours of receipt of the item(s). Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Your refund will be mailed within 24 hours of our receipt of the item(s). Perfect Jewels cannot accept returns of jewelry damaged after your receipt due to breakage, distortion, loss of stones or other parts, or by application of testing acids or attempts to clean the item(s) using improper methods. Partial returns of matching sets or combinations are not acceptable. Items are shipped Priority Mail, Insured, unless other arrangements have been made. The shipping fee will be added to order and will be included in the final total. Multiple orders can be shipped together to defray shipping costs. We gladly ship overseas and have many happy overseas customers. All overseas payments must be in US Funds. Layaway is available as well and is arranged on a case by case basis, but general guidelines are listed below. We will also consider trades as partial or full payment, so do not hesitate to ask if you have something you would like to barter. In the event of a layaway being cancelled by the buyer prior to receipt of the final payment, Perfect Jewels reserves the right to keep 50% of the amount already paid. This also applies if final payment is not made within two weeks of the stipulated due date.
